Welcome to Mistress of Mischief's Design. There are a lot of fun designs awaiting your homepage in here. I offer backgrounds, which will be added gradually. I really enjoy making these backgrounds and hearing good comments from so many of you. But I don't enjoy bandwidth theft and just stealing my work with no link back.

I had to set up some Conditional Terms of Use. Please take the time to read them. You will understand to give credit where credit is due.

Please read BEFORE taking any graphics:

  1. Downloading these graphics means you agree to my terms.

  2. My graphics are "Link-Ware". The concept of "link-ware" is simple.
    If you use them, you must give a link back to my site, via a matching logo button on the bottom of each and every page you use my images on. Please download the link back button FIRST, so you don't "forget". One wee text link in the middle of your links page is not sufficient. How on earth would anyone know where you got that fantastic background for your main page -- if YOU don't say so on that page? With every set there comes a button for linking back to my site at http://mischiefcreations.faithweb.com/


    They are free in sense that you may use them with no money exchanged, but they are not free to be displayed without proper credit shown. They are not public domain.
  3. Please, NO ALTERING of my graphics, except for adding text on link buttons and banners.

  4. Free for a link for non commercial homepage websites only. The backgrounds may not be used on business or commercial sites.

  5. Pornographic sites are prohibited from using my graphics.

  6. Please DO NOT Include Mistress of Mischief's Design Images In Another Collection or Archive.

  7. Please register to use/borrow my graphics --by emailing me or leave a message in my guestbook. Registering does NOT mean monetary payment. It merely means I want to know who is using my backgrounds and where they are located, that's all. If you like my style enough to use the graphics, please be kind enough to let me know.
  1. The backgrounds displayed on my pages (those I use here) are not for the taking. So please be considerate and do NOT download them.

    2. After all these rules and words, the bottom line is this:
    Link the graphics back here and tell me. Is that too much to ask?
    And to all those special people who have linked back properly without having to be bonked over the head, "Thank-you very, very much!" and "have fun" visiting my graphics site!
